A lot of people have been using COVID as an excuse for everything - including why documentation was not complete, or signatures were not obtained. The “COVID Crisis” is not cutting it with the government and Medicare contractors. Audits and investigations are coming at us in full force and there does not appear to be much sympathy for the tremendous difficulty that the pandemic has caused EMS.
