PWW represents a wide range of EMS agencies in all 50 states and U.S. territories. And that gives us a unique perspective on the many strange and interesting legal situations in which EMS agencies become embroiled. This session will provide an entertaining and informative look at the legal cases from the PWW files that make you scratch your head and say, “I can’t believe they did that!” We’ll also share practical pointers on how to reduce the risk that your EMS agency will find itself in one of those “crazy cases” in the future.
