Steve began his EMS career in 1985 and has extensive experience in ambulance operations, billing, and education. He was the founding Executive Director of the National Academy of Ambulance Compliance (NAAC) and directed a national ambulance billing service.
Steve advises EMS agencies nationwide on billing audits, process improvements, and training. He is a frequent EMS speaker and author.
Outside work, Steve is a licensed private pilot and active in his church.
