Ryan Stark is a leading expert on HIPAA and EMS compliance. Since 2007, he has advised ambulance services nationwide on privacy, labor relations, reimbursement, and regulatory issues.
Ryan is a popular speaker at EMS conferences and an adjunct professor at Creighton University’s EMS graduate program. He developed the Certified Ambulance Privacy Officer (CAPO) program, the industry’s first HIPAA certification for EMS.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his family.
