Matthew Konya is an EMS and Mobile Healthcare Consultant. He advises EMS agencies, fire departments, ambulance services, and healthcare organizations on a variety of operational and business issues. Matthew has consulted with EMS clients nationwide since 2017.
With over 15 years of EMS experience, Matthew began his career as a first responder and later worked as a full-time EMT. He continues to serve as a practicing EMT on a part-time basis, bringing a unique, dual perspective to his consulting work.
Outside of his professional life, Matthew enjoys reading, hiking, backpacking, and exploring the outdoors.
